Six months to one year (6 months-1 yr) experience in a customer service representative or customer relations position.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greets and receives customer payments, records and invoices customers Balances and posts daily receipts for accounts receivable Answers phone and responds to customer inquires Reconciles and completes daily deposit reports and prepares banking Picks up, opens and sorts mail Balances cash draw Responds to requests from Title companies Collects application forms and deposits and records information appropriately Opens accounts for new connections, completes paperwork and communicates withfield staff to schedule installation Schedules and prepares service tickets for field workers Refunds deposits and archives customers when vacate property Communicates with field staff about customer complaints, skips, delinquents, andreturned mail to determine status of customer Update, maintain and organize customer records Prepares quarterly CWIP reports including new installations and repairs Keeps work space neat, clean and organized.
Sweep floors and dust as needed Keep supply closet and common areas clean and organized Responsible for organizing and keeping track of office supplies including bathroom andkitchen supplies Works with manager on projects as needed Communicates effectively with other employees Knowledge of basic book keeping Make varied arithmetic computations rapidly and accurately Establish and maintain effective working relationships with general public Understand and carry out oral and written instructions Operate a computer and calculator/adding machine Knowledge of and experience with computers andMicrosoftOffice Word and Excel Maintain accurate records Salary:
